WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty conditions:
– During the period specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card, the manufacturer’s products will be warranted, repaired, and replaced with free parts for all manufacturer errors under normal use conditions.
– The product under warranty must be supplied by the manufacturer, installed, and used in accordance with the instructions for use.
– The warranty will only be performed when the customer presents the warranty card to the manufacturer’s warranty staff with complete details.

Cases not covered by free warranty
– Failure to present the warranty card when repairing
– Information on the warranty card is incomplete, does not match the actual product
– Errors due to transportation, natural disasters, use of chemicals, or the product being dropped or impacted by external forces
– Errors due to unauthorized installation, use, improper storage, failure to follow the instruction manual or warnings shown on the product
– Errors due to natural wear and tear during use or due to unsuitable environmental conditions where the product is placed
After the warranty period, the customer must pay the manufacturer!
