RETURN POLICY
In order to create a difference in benefits for customers when purchasing, We apply the following return policy:
I/ General regulations
Customers can exchange for a new product of the same type if the product has an unrepairable problem (due to technical errors of the manufacturer). Products can only be exchanged after confirmation from the technician and comply with the conditions below.
II/ Conditions for applying the policy:
1. Time of use: – No more than 01 day for products
2. Products eligible for exchange must meet the following conditions:
– No defects in appearance (scratches, scratches, dents, yellow stains, breakage, etc.)
– Complete packaging, foam, etc. (except for goods with PVC plastic packaging)
– Have complete accompanying documents such as: Purchase documents, Purchase invoices, Warranty cards, Catalogues, etc.
– Have complete accompanying accessories, gifts (if any), etc.
3. In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange the goods belongs to the company
4. The customer must bear the shipping costs … according to the company’s regulations (if any).
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you find that the product does not match the model, standard or the product has signs of repair, is no longer new, you can return the product and get a 100% refund of the amount ordered or paid.
